Return Policy

At Babetot.com we want you to love your shopping! Even though we try our best to offer you&your baby high quality and affordable price clothing.

In the case that you do not love your shops, we are happy to exchange or refund your items subject to the following refund/exchange guidelines. 

STEP 1:
Babetot must be notified of the reasoning for your return or exchange via email: contact@babetot.com 7 days of receiving your package. Photos or documents must include to show the clothes issue.

STEP 2:
Once Babetot agrees to the return/exchange you will receive a returns form, which is to be filled out and enclosed with the returned package. Returned items will not be accepted without a completed returns form.

STEP 3:
Return your package and completed returns form to Babetot via trackable shipping method.


CLOTHES CHECKLIST:

• Item must be in original condition
• All tags and hanging ribbon must be in place
• Item must not have been worn
• Item must not have been washed or altered
• Item must not be marked with make up, dirt, or spray tan
• Returns form must be enclosed
